You must be 18 or over to book a suite at Wind Rose. We host families big and small, groups of friends, wedding guests, members of wedding parties, and couples.
Our standard check-in time is at 4:00 PM, allowing us ample time to prepare your room to the highest standard of cleanliness and comfort.
Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
If you need to ensure early check in, you can book the night before you arrive and let me know when you'll arrive the next day.
While I would love to accommodate early check in or late check outs, my crew needs the full time to prepare the space for you and the next guests. I appreciate your understanding!
We do have a minimum stay of 2 nights.
We understand that things come up and life happens, so in the event that you have to cancel your stay, you can do so up to five days prior to your check in day without penalties.
We do not require a security deposit, however there will be extra maintenance and cleaning fees if the space is left in disrepair.
Yes. Our cleaning crew works hard to make sure that the suites are guest ready for you to enjoy your stay in comfort. Each stay we charge a fee of $175 to cover the cost of cleaning.
As a fellow pet owner, I know how important it can be to travel with your pet. That is why I offer all four suites as pet-friendly spaces. There is an extra cleaning fee for this, as we take extra care to ensure the suite is prepared for our next guests who may not have pets.

Yes, with being located in a downtown city centre, there is limited parking available, however, with each suite, there is one complimentary space that you are welcome to use during your stay.
We do have guest parking available for a fee of $15 per night during your stay. If you have an extra vehicle, please reach out to me to inquire about availability.
Linens are provided for each bed, and towels are provided based on the number of guests staying.
We also provide black makeup towels for taking off makeup and washing your face.
Yes! We have kitchens in each suite, with utensils, pots, pans, etc.
We are also happy to include a fridge, stove, and microwave in each of the suites, as well as a dishwasher in suites 22, 26 and 30. We also include laundry units in each suite!
We welcome travellers who come for many different reasons!
Each suite has a dedicated workspace and offers high-speed internet. Please take a look at each listing description for more specific internet speed information.
The suites are also in a prime location in Downtown Belleville if you're working onsite.
There is wifi included in your suite. When you arrive, please check the welcome book for the login information.

We do have a Smart TV in each suite. You are welcome to sign into your own streaming services, but please be sure to sign out when you leave. YouTube is available with live streaming to CBC News.
Yes, there is both air conditioning and heating in all of our suites. Please see the welcome book to find out how they work.
If you have any issues with heating or cooling during your stay, please let me know. I am happy to help.
There is a washer and dryer available for use in every suite. We even supply some detergent pods and dryer sheets to get you started.
We want all of our guests to be respectful of neighbours so please keep noise to a minimum while inside and outside on the property.
Quiet time is from 10pm to 8am. Any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require guests to forfeit the remainder of their stay and immediately vacate the property without any refund.
No food or drink (except water) in the bedrooms. Guests will compensate host for any food/drink stains in the bedroom.
No unregistered or unrequested guests are allowed on the premises.
Please take care when you are moving furniture in the living room (for sleeping arrangements), as to not damage the furniture or the floors. Please do not rearrange other furniture.
No smoking or vaping on the premises.
Please check out by 10am.
Any early check-in or late check-outs requests need prior approval by the host. If our schedule permits, we may allow an early check-in/late check-out for a fee of $20 per each extended hour.
If you, the guest, decide not to follow any of our house rules, and this triggers a refund or discount to our next guests, you will be responsible for any loss of income to the host.
Please be respectful of bed sheets and towels.
Hair dye, make-up/foundations, face medications/creams, and tanning products will stain our linens and towels.
Please avoid using regular hand/bath towels with all skin products. Please use the black make-up towels we have provided.

It is an urban downtown environment, but I have been doing business in the same buildings here for over 25 years and haven’t had issues with safety.
There are so many amazing restaurants downtown, as well as boutique shops and there is always something happening nearby in the summer.

Most places in PEC are about a 30 to 50 minute drive away from Wind Rose Suites.
Sandbanks Provincial Park?
Sandbanks is a 35 to 40 minute drive from Wind Rose Suites! We keep a provincial park pass in the suite in the summer months for you to use during your stay.
YES! As your host, I leave you my phone number in my welcome postcard and I encourage you to get a hold of me via text or call should you encounter any issues.
I work at The Cat’s Meow Salon in the same block of buildings and I live five minutes away, and I am more than happy to help make your stay comfortable in any way I can.
